Graphic Novels

The last two weeks brought a lot of fun and problems. One of the problems was this flyer I designed for Reprodukt, Carlsen, Fischer, Edition 52 and Avant Verlag. Not only took it a long time to discuss the content with co-author Sebastian Oehler and the other parties involved - of course also the drawing took some time. Not to mention problems with the data, with the Internet, with everything. In the end, and with the friendly help of Hamburg-based comicartist Julia Gordon, we finally sent the flyer to the printery, including a bloodcurdling mistake. On the 8 pages of the flyer you will find a brief statement about the nature of "graphic novels" and some recommended graphic novels (it's not me who recommends them, it's the publishing houses I mentioned earlier).
